OnePiece | Vice Admiral Tsuru Power Revealed

Tsuru also known as "General Staff Officer" is a Navy Vice Admiral. Even though she has been shown many times in both the manga and anime her power still remains a mystery. She is respected by all the navy officers and is a very powerful character as well. The only reason I believe she is powerful is that even Doflamingo was scared of her when they were shown in Corazon and law's flashback and she even managed to scare Doflamingo to withdraw back. She has been shown many times but almost all the time it was with some connection to Doflamingo. I personally believe that Oda is trying to show a connection between both Doflamingo and Tsuru as both are given bird names. Doflamingo is based on bird Doflamingo and Tsuru is Based on Swan. Tsuru in Japanese means swan.

They must have some connection with each other as she was the one who was sent to capture doflamingo in dressrosaa even though Fujitora was there who has admiral level status. She has also shown to be a very calm marine officer who is never shown to be scared of anything anytime. She had no expression of worry during marineford war, dressrossa arc and even the time when jack tried attacking their ship.I personally believe that Tsuru has a paramecia devil fruit just like Doflamingo. Even though there is a possibility of she having Swan Zoan devil fruit, I think its less likely as we have already been teased with her powers in Marineford war and it doesn't look like logia or Zoan. I also believe that she is the strongest female marine in onepiece storyline as whe was shown to be with garp and sengoku when they were young. Tsuru had purple hair before she was shown old lady having grey hair. This proof was given by Oda himself when he showed the picture of Garp, Sengoku and Tsuru when they were old. Just like how garp has been shown training young marnines that seem mainly boys, I believe Tsuru has the similar role in marine to train all female marines.

She used a power just like paramecia devil fruit user and made them into a piece of clean clothes.Maybe its because she used her awakened paramecia devil fruit power to do so just like how Doflamingo did in Dressrosssa by turning all of his surroundings into strings. I believe she has power just like Cracker from big mom pirates. She can Clean or wash and Dry anything with her power just like how she did with the pirates in Marineford war. Even though the name of the devil fruit is unsure it should probably be "Kurin-Kurin no Mi" or "Woshu-Woshu no Mi". With her awakening or normal paramecia devil fruit power she can wash and dry anything just like how she did with the whitebeard alliance pirates. Apart from her devil fruit powers, she must also have great Haki just like other legendary marines and pirates shown in the Onepiece universe. All the old experienced people like Rayleigh, Whitebeard, shanks, Garp etc have all been shown to have awesome Haki hence I believe that Tsuru must also have good Haki.
